What is a ceramic nano coating?
A ceramic nano coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds with your vehicle’s factory paint. It creates a semi-permanent layer of protection that is significantly harder than a clear coat, offering superior resistance to UV rays, chemicals, and environmental contaminants.
Which ceramic coating products do you use?
We use System X, premium, professional-grade ceramic nano coating products known for their high silica content. These specific formulas provide the best hydrophobic properties and self-cleaning effects on the market.
How does a ceramic coating help with vehicle maintenance?
These coatings create a “slick” and hydrophobic surface. This means water beads off instantly and dirt or grime has a hard time sticking to the paint, making your weekly washes much faster and easier.
What is paint correction?
Paint correction is the process of removing swirls, scratches, and oxidation through professional machine polishing. We almost always recommend at least a single-stage correction to ensure the paint is flawless before finishing it with a ceramic coating.
How should I wash my car after it has been coated?
We recommend using the “two-bucket” hand wash method using a pH-neutral shampoo. Avoid automatic brush car washes, as the bristles can degrade the coating and swirl the finish.
Can a ceramic coating fix existing scratches?
No. A coating will actually highlight existing defects because it adds so much clarity. This is why we recommend our paint correction service prior to applying a ceramic coating.
