Curing Time
Your new Ceramic Pro Coating will take up to 14 days to fully cure. Do not wash your vehicle until the curing process is complete. Your vehicle can only be hand washed thereafter to maintain coating performance. Machine or tunnel car washes will void all warranty. Drying Time
Your new Ceramic Pro Coating will take up to 3 days to dry. Your vehicle cannot get rained or snowed on for these 3 days. We can store the vehicle during the 72-hour drying time. The client hereby acknowledges the risk involved in receiving the vehicle before the 3 days drying time Savannah Ceramic Coatings LLC will not be liable in the event that any damage does occur.
Condition of vehicle for Ceramic Pro Coating
It is recommended that all new or used vehicles have paint correction done before being coated. The client acknowledges that ceramic coating on uncorrected areas will be less effective than paint corrected areas. By waiving this additional service, client understands that the coating will be less effective on areas that have not been paint corrected and will invalidate the manufacture warranty.
Film, Badge, & Decal Removal
Film/vinyl, badge, and decal removal may cause the paint to be damaged. By authorizing Savannah Ceramic Coatings LLC to proceed with removal, the client hereby acknowledges the risk, waives any claims against Savannah Ceramic Coatings LLC, and agrees that Savannah Ceramic Coatings LLC will not be liable in the event that damage does occur during the removal process.
Paint Correction
Paint correction will remove most light scratches, swirls, marring, and minor marks on vehicle's clear coat. Client understands that even though we strive for perfection, some degree of scratching, swirls, and minor marks are present after paint correction process.
Wet Sanding
Wet sanding is used to remove the top layer of a vehicle's clear coat. Because of the risks associated with wet sanding, Savannah Ceramic Coatings LLC only uses this technique when there are only 2 options for the affected area: wet sand or repaint. Therefore, Savannah Ceramic Coatings LLC assumes no responsibility for repair to affected area should wet sanding cause addition damage. It is highly recommended that after a vehicle has been wet sanded, that Ceramic Pro 9h be applied after to replenish the clear coat to the vehicle's paint.
Ceramic Pro 9H Coating
Ceramic Pro 9H is SGS tested to be above 9H hardness I understand that the coating is scratch resistant and not scratch proof. It is recommended that vehicle get paint protection film (clear bra) on bumper, hood, fenders, and mirrors before coating to prevent from rock chips.
Ceramic Pro Topcoat
Ceramic Pro Topcoat is a durable hydrophobic gloss coating I understand that the coating is not a scratch resistant coating.
Ceramic Pro Rain
Wipers that are used more often will affect the prolongation of protection. I understand that weather conditions will affect the degree and time of protection and performance.
Ceramic Pro Interior
If any liquid or substance gets on the upholstery, it is advised to clean it up as soon as possible to prevent stains from occurring. I understand that the longer the substance remains on the upholstery, staining still may occur.
Ceramic Pro Wheels Off
If any brake dust or road debris is on the wheels and calipers, it is advised to clean it up as soon as possible to prevent stains from occurring. I understand that the longer the substance stays on, staining may occur on wheels and calipers. The client is responsible for re-torqueing the wheels to vehicle manufacturer torque specifications.
Annual Inspections
Annual Inspections are the recommended process for ensuring the coating is maintained and care for the vehicle is properly executed. There is a cost for annual inspections and includes hand wash, decontamination, & Ceramic Pro Sport coating applied to vehicle's exterior. If missed, you warranty will drop a level. Ex: a Lifetime Package would then have a 5 year warranty.
Photo Release Authorization
I agree that Savannah Ceramic Coatings LLC may use such photographs of my property for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, and web content.
We are not responsible for losses or damage to cars or articles left in car in case of fire, theft, or any other causes beyond our control. Savannah Ceramic Coatings LLC will not be liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle.
